At an AWS event in Boston, HS Brands Global was showcased as a leading example of how companies can use Amazon Q Business to transform their workflows. Guided by Founder and CEO Tommy Mills, HS Brands partnered with Ironside to develop an AI-powered proofreading solution that reduces costs by more than 85% and improves accuracy.
This project builds on Tommy’s long history of innovation in the mystery shopping industry. Years ago, he helped launch the Sassie platform, which became a global standard for service evaluations. Today, that same forward-thinking mindset drives HS Brands to apply AI in new and impactful ways.
With Amazon Q and AWS QuickSight, the company now provides its clients with powerful dashboards and real-time insights. These tools reduce manual work, speed up analysis, and help account managers focus on client relationships instead of data entry.
“AI is exploding everywhere, and like everyone, we’ve got to get involved,” said Mills. “This is going to be a major jump forward for us. It allows me to walk into a meeting and show clients that we’re operating at a different level—more accurate, faster, and more cost-effective.”
