Michael Mills has spent more than a decade developing and selling guest measurement programs to HS Brands clients in North America and Europe. Specializing in the customer facing sectors, Mr. Mills’ expertise is in the Restaurant, Gaming, Hospitality, and Entertainment industries. Previous to HS Brands, Mills held various positions in sales and management in the service, human capital management, and financial software industries. Mills earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts. He is also a fine dining, art, and guitar enthusiast.
