Her skillset assists clients to incorporate the science of social anthropology with market research and social technology. Her category experience includes video mystery shopping and auditing in multiple vertices, including healthcare, multi-family, senior living, financial services, insurance, telecom, CPGs, ad agencies, and market research firms. Kimberly is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization, has served on the MSPA board of directors, and was a cofounder of the Video Shopping Network.
