In working with a national casual dining chain, Service Sleuth provides a monthly mystery shop in each of their 100 units to measure and evaluate their customer service, training, and brand standards. We also perform monthly bar integrity shops to ensure proper cash handling procedures and safe serving techniques.
Integrity issues or abuse can be reported through our anonymous “We Care Hotline” which alerts The Merhsimer Group to conduct in-depth investigations to uncover the source of the issue. Interviews and other investigation information we uncover are provided with guidance to the corporate executives.
